EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (1-3 PQE) AT UK FIRM
Overview
An established UK firm is looking to hire a junior Employment Associate to focus on a broad range of general employment matters. The Team: The Employment department splits itself into three offerings: UK employment services; international employer services; and senior executive level services. The Employment team has a good mix of partners, senior associates and associates so internal training and development are well supported. The Role: This general employment role sits within the UK employment services branch which focuses on UK employer work. Your responsibilities would include advising on employee relations issues, tribunal litigation, corporate / transactional support and drafting employment documentation such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, handbooks and workplace policies. You will also assist with senior executive work, when required. Requirements: To be successful in this Employment role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have gained experience across a broad range of employment matters, including contentious, corporate and advisory work. Any regulatory, High Court of Private Equity experience would also be advantageous.
