Facilities Manager West London £40,000 Your new company A unique opportunity within the world of facilities management, my client operates a combined recording studio and flexible co-working office environment. A new position within the business for a practical and "hands-on" facilities manager to join the organisation is available. Your new role As the Facilities Manager you will manage a single site environment with responsibilities for all matters related to the building. A new position, my client wishes to recruit a passionate and experienced FM professional with a broad knowledge of FM and Projects, including refurbishments and moves. Due to the nature of my client's business, the FM will need to operate on a discrete basis but still be able to build key relationships with tenants and users of the studio. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate must have a flexible and hands on approach to facilities management. Due to the dynamics of my client's site and the variety of clientele that use it, you must possess a friendly, discrete and supportive approach to FM. Prior experience of managing both hard and soft services, projects (fit out and MAC), contract management, budget management and Health & Safety are critical.
