Service Desk Team Leader - GBP 30K Southampton Up to GBP 30K depending on experience Excellent Benefits Do you have experience of leading a Service Desk and feel that now's the time to move on? As the Service Desk Team Leader, it will also be your job to work with the multiple different teams within the business to make sure that you're all working to the same road map and to also ensure that your own team is working to their SLA's and that escalation points are being clearly defined.
