Behaviours: Knowledge of relevant procedures Level of customer Service Team Player Health and safety awareness and knowledge Communication Job Description To deal with regular violent and aggressive incidents using de-escalation techniques and/or restraint (where necessary) and report those incidents in the appropriate way. To detain patients under medical section from leaving the hospital grounds CCTV Monitoring To be proficient in the use of the on-site computer based CCTV and Access Control Deal with lost, found and deposited property in accordance with instructions.
