A exciting HR Manager/Senior Adviser role with growing small business South of Norwich. Your new company Our client, a growing small business based South of Norwich, Norfolk are seeking an experienced Part-time HR professional to join there business in this newly created position. Your new role Reporting to the Director this individual will be responsible for establishing and HR function for this business and developing contracts, handbook, policies and procedures to meet legislative requirements. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to for a established HR Manager or Senior Adviser looking to take the next step in their career. This is a part-time opportunity with total flexibly on working pattern. What you'll need to succeed Suitable candidates will have a strong all round generalist background, ideally developed within SME environments, and will have studied CIPD to level 5 or above. In addition to this a flexible "hands on" approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
