They are keen to engage with those who have sales acumen, gravitas and a broad range of knowledge across a range of employee benefits products. If you have experience supporting clients to develop new approaches to rewarding their employees, job evaluation and benchmarking, workforce analytics experience, I would love to speak with you. You must have the ability to work across different areas of HR, make connections with relevant contacts, support data analysts and have strong client relationship and management skills.
