Overview

An established provider of affordable housing within the Black Country area is immediately seeking a Repairs Scheduler to make an impact within the Asset Management department on a part time, permanent basis. As a Repairs Scheduler, your key duties will be: • Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, contractors and external parties • Handling customer complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter • Using in house Northgate system and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls • Providing administrative support to line managers where required • Be available to go on to site when required As a Repairs Scheduler, you will also have: • Experience of scheduling and planning within either housing or construction, ideally on social housing contracts • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience of the system Northgate • Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service • A DBS check will be required The successful Repairs Scheduler will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
