We are currently looking for a Multi Trade RTM who has a primary trade as a joiner to work as part of our Repairs & Maintenance Team. Initially this will mean working on tenanted RBH properties across the borough of Rochdale. However, there will be a requirement for the successful applicant to be flexible to meet the demands of the service. We are looking for a self-motivated multi trade person who can apply a range of maintenance skills to the requirement of the service You will need to be; * Able to undertake all aspects of work covered by the Multi Trade role Inc. Basic Plastering, plumbing, wall/floor tiling and glazing * Able to efficiently plan and manage working time and resources * Able to effectively problem solve and make decisions using your own initiative * Adaptable and able to embrace change * Able to work under pressure * Able to share knowledge and train others in key maintenance skills * Able to participate in the RBH repairs emergency call out service if required * Able to act as an ambassador for the RBH Repairs Service, internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved working for the RBH Repairs & Maintenance service helping to provide safe and secure homes for RBH customers. Assessment date: 30.6.20
