Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Manger to join a North London based housing provider on a 3-month contract with the view to be made permanent. My client is looking for someone who has experience managing and leading a team of multi-disciplinary staff which consists of 13 direct reports. Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company. Duties & Responsibilities: * Delivering and providing a resident focused service * Extensive knowledge of health and safety and ensure its being following * Motivating and mentoring trades operatives * Follow the vision and appropriate behaviours of the housing provider * Manage complex data in relation to strategic workforce planning A full job description is available on request.
