Job Description
BRC are currently working with a housing association in the Bristol and Bath areas who are looking for experienced Repairs Planners/Schedulers This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their property services team. The main responsibilities of this role include raising repairs and prioritising by urgency, trade and location. You will manage operative diaries and schedule works by following up and liaising with the operatives/surveyors to manage the allocation of workload. You will also have to liaise with tenants and contractors, and enter any repairs into the system in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working in a social housing or construction/contractor environment, is customer service focused and competent in MS office. You must have the ability to work on own initiative as the role might start working from home. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be organised.
