Overview
A leading international Logistics firm are looking for an Executive Assistant to support on of their SVPs Your new company This company is one of the global leaders in their field. They Operate in 50 countries across 6 continents and are continuing to grow. They pride themselves on their collaborative and innovative culture, the development of their people and being a forward thinking business. They are looking for a like minded individual to support one of their SVPs Your new role You will act as an ambassador to on of their SVPs, building relationships with influential stakeholders and customers, representing them in their absence. You will be in charge of the SVPs day to day life including diary management, inbox management, analysis and interrogation of data, business reports and statistics. You will need to prepare board packs, papers and reports. There will also be aspects of personable duties. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have supported at Board level previously and ideally acted as a proactive EA within a global firm. The ability to work confidentially, remain calm under pressure and anticipate needs are great attributes to have in this role. You will need to be flexible when it comes to working hours and have the ability to prioritise.
