Overview
A Financial services organisation in London is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to work within their compensation team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the VP of Compensation, the reward analyst will support the Compensation and Regulatory team on all reward related matters across EMEA. It will also include the below: Support the delivery of the annual salary review. Support with benchmarking and job levelling projects across the EMEA business. Support from a regulatory perspective by assisting with analysis and report writing Support the Executive Compensation Manager with the delivery of executive remuneration policy Key requirements: Experience within an analytical compensation position and understanding of the year end processes Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent excel skills.
