Customer Service Advisor - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Bournemouth £19,500 - increasing to £21,000 within a year We are currently recruiting for an urgent requirement in Bournemouth for a Global Outsourcing Business working on their life insurance campaign. We are looking for candidates who have 1 years previous experience working with a contact centre environment for a start date of the 30th March. What will you be doing? Handling inbound calls from the public Resolving customer queries Excellent communication and listening skills Providing excellent customer service Using the internal CRM system Taking a mixture of calls and responding to emails and web chats What are we looking for? 1 years previous Customer service experience Excellent telephone manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Pay rate - £19,500 per annum with opportunity to increase to £21,000 within a year Hours of work - 9 AM - 5 PM from Monday to Friday If you feel you match the above requirements then please apply now Alternatively you can contact Josh at Cordant People Manchester to hear more.
