Employment Associate 2 - 4 years PQE Central London Competitive salary and lucrative bonus scheme My client, a boutique top ranked Legal 500 employment law practice in the city, is seeking an Employment Associate with between 2 - 4 years PQE due to team growth. You will work with a mix of respondent clients and senior individuals handling high-value contentious and severance negotiations predominantly for senior individual work as well as bespoke employment contracts, terms and conditions, TUPE and settlement agreements. You will also have experience advising employer clients. The successful candidate will also have a desire to do claimant work as well as get involved in growing the business and contribute ideas for business growth.
