Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Chef for our prestigious client located in Warwickshire THE VENUE: The venue is a 4 star hotel boasting over 110 bedrooms, a rosette awarded restaurant, conference and leisure facilities all housed in this beautiful historic building. The hotel caters for both corporate and private events and functions. THE CANDIDATE: You will be an experienced Head Chef with rosette experience looking for your next challenge. With full responsibility for overseeing the running of the kitchen operation and managing a team of chefs, you will be commercially aware and able to demonstrate cost effective, efficient and high quality food production whilst ensuring a high level of hygiene standards and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate both high quality and high volume experience and be confident will all areas of the kitchen management including recruitment, man management, stock ordering and health and safety.
