Marys Meals International is recruiting for a talented Head of IT, to lead our multi-disciplinary IT team based here in Glasgow. With overall responsibility for the operational management of our IT roadmap across infrastructure and applications, you will have a passion for continuous improvement and will drive a collaborative approach to build capacity, foster innovation and maximise the efficacy of IT resources across our global Marys Meals network. As Head of IT and a key member of the Finance & Operations leadership team, you will have a broad knowledge base of relevant technologies across the applications and infrastructure space, together with extensive experience of managing technical change projects. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will excel in building strong relationships with stakeholders across our global network and will use your excellent coaching and mentoring skills to develop your growing team and build capacity. Other key responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing global IT systems and successfully delivering solutions to overcome our organisational technology challenges; * Managing our IT policy framework to guide our organisational decision making; * Developing our existing approach to process improvement and project management across the organisation; * Managing, through our IT Applications Lead and IT Infrastructure Lead, the successful delivery of all applications and infrastructure services and projects; * Establishing and maintaining appropriate roadmaps and delivery schedules for major applications developments (via specific projects) or minor application enhancements; and * Championing innovation and the utilisation of technology to grow our MM movement. A strong leader, you will bring significant experience of managing a multi-disciplinary IT team and change management projects, ideally within an international setting. With a solutions-focused approach, you will be confident in communicating your vision across a wide cross section of stakeholders and geographies, ensuring stakeholder engagement and a strong understanding of the importance of technology in the growth of our movement.
