Your job? It’s simple. To empower and protect our employees with the technology they need to not only succeed but exceed all day, every day. This role will see you cover a wide range of technologies through maintaining our existing technology stack and working on shiny new upgrades (in alignment with our cloud first initiative). You could be making network configuration changes one day to working on our Windows 10 Intune project the next - so we’re looking for someone who is able to work agilely and isn’t afraid to use developmental courage to tackle the fear of the unknown You’ll also serve as an escalation point for our help desk and an educator for our end users - so we’re also looking for someone with the gift of the gab Sound good? Desired, but not required Experience Hold or be actively working towards an MCSA, CCNA or similar qualification. 3 years’ experience with maintaining and implementing technical solutions within an Enterprise environment. Knowledge Server & End User OS Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA). Linux Server (Ubuntu & CentOS) Windows 10 macOS iOS VMWare HPE Storage Cisco Routers & Switches Palo Alto Firewalls Ubiquiti UniFi Infrastructure SaaS Microsoft 365 Suite Azure (Active Directory, Intune, Security Centre, Compute & Virtual Desktops) Jamf Pro Zendesk Salesforce Zoom Working day 7.5 hours (plus an hour for lunch) between 08:00-18:00, Monday - Friday. Working Hours o Subject to change in future to support business needs. o Occasional out of hours and weekend work required (paid overtime with tiered structure).
