Voice Services Manager - City of London - Telephony, Unified Communications, Voice & Video Platforms, Vendor Management, SLAs and KPIs - £95,000 A leading financial exchange based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented and experienced Voice Services Manager (Telephony, Unified Communications, Voice & Video Platforms, Vendor Management, SLAs and KPIs). The successful candidate will provide the team with a cutting-edge platform to help them excel and deliver the highest possible level of customer experience. Daily responsibilities of the Voice Services Manager (Telephony, Unified Communications, Voice & Video Platforms, Vendor Management, SLAs and KPIs) will include: managing and being the primary point of contact for the deployment of a new Global Telephony and Unified Communications platform. Building out a global operation team to support the Group's strategic Voice and Video platforms. Managing vendors and the associated SLAs. Attending Global CAB to ensure that global infrastructure changes are well understood.
