Logistic Assistant About Us We are recruiting on behalf of one of the nation’s biggest supermarket distribution centres. Job Location: Bolton Standard Pay Rate: £9.30 Days £10.98 Nights Overtime Pay Rate: Available Working Hours : Days – 0500-0600 Start usually 8-10 hours per day Nights – 1900/2000 Start Usually 8-10 hours per day Days of Work: 5 on 3 off Must be able to easily access Bolton from M61 About the role We are looking for experienced Logistics assistants to work alongside our drivers in our purpose built warehouse to work as part of a dedicated team to get orders prepared and dispatched in a fast and efficient manner. Specifics Loading Trailers for Drivers Ensuring correct pallets are on correct vehicles Checking paperwork Assisting driver This is sometimes heavy physical work What we need from you/min requirements Have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks. Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive. Be willing to ask for help when needed. Be a strong team player.
