Production Operative Stockport Monday to Friday 15:00-23:00 £8.71ph FIXED SHIFT Proman are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Central Stockport. The client specialises in the production of ready-made meals. While on site all employees have access to a canteen and onsite parking. The Role: · You will be working on a production line, completing various tasks. · Tasks include; putting the ready-made meals into an informative sleeve, packing between 12-24 meals into a moving box from the conveyor belt, hand weighing ingredients and feeding the machines with trays. · Check the product quality, making sure the product is sealed and the relevant information is on the sleeve. · Ensure all work instructions and procedures are followed. · Work with other departments when necessary. The Candidate Must: · Have good communication skills. · Have the ability to be able to work within a team. · Be able to proactively support and assist the supervisors and other members of the team. · Have a reasonable standard of numeracy and literacy as the position will involve some paperwork. · Some tasks may include heavy lifting. · Be able to work in a fast place environment. Previous production operative experience working is a fast pace environment is desired.
