Overview
Fairways is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Telemarketing Administrator for our Perth based client on a temporary long-term basis. Job Purpose You will be responsible for generating sales by cold calling, after filtering out the existing lead bank. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customer to purchase products. Main Duties and Responsibilities Obtaining records of calls and useful information onto the system Ensuring customer status is recorded on the system Cold calling to generating warm leads for the Sales team Data cleansing Administration duties as required Skills Required Friendly and confident telephone manner Excellent communication skills Knowledge of systems and MS packages Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role Proficient in English Benefits Part time or Full time available £9.50 per hour Temporary long term Fairways Recruitment (Scotland) Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
