Lead Generation Specialist | Lincoln | Basic Up to £20,000 depending on experience Commission This role is responsible for building a pipeline of leads and appointments to support this fast-growing organisation, working office hours Monday to Friday. As the Lead Generation specialist / Telemarketing Specialist requires at least 6 months telephone based sales experience. They offer a an energetic environment, giving you the best possible opportunity to reach your targets and earn commission. Generating a targeted amount of business opportunities per day via telephone, e-mails and social media responses Working towards daily KPI productivity and conversion targets Managing your own pipeline Qualifying your opportunities Ensuring you produce quality leads and appointments for the sales team Working together as a team in order to drive the business forward About you You will need be determined, full of confidence, sales driven, money hungry and have the ability to work in a team. Working in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be made available for the right candidate.
