Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) Experience: Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Telesales, Telemarketing, Outbound, B2B, IT Sales, Software Sales, Technical Sales The Opportunity Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an expanding IT Sales company, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and confident Telemarketing Executive, to join their small and friendly team based in Kidlington. As Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business sales appointments for a team of 5 Account Managers, by making targeted cold calls to businesses across the UK. This role is an amazing opportunity for a hungry, driven and intelligent candidate who is looking for a route into sales, but within a company that provide a genuine career path into Account Management and a lucrative commission structure. Whilst sales experience isn’t required, as Telemarketing Executive, you should be hungry to exceed your targets but also driven to learn and progress into an Account Management position. The Company Our client are a national IT solutions provider, who due to expansion are looking to recruit a hungry Telemarketing Executive to join their very experienced and successful sales team, who mainly joined at this level. Our client supports a really impressive and varied client base nationally, ranging from the NHS to independent SME’s. The office environment is brilliant and made up of a small close-knit team, who are all really driven to make money and help each other grow but also enjoy a joke, therefore, would be suited to a big personality.
