Administrator £9.30 per hour Edinburgh Park, South Gyle Full time - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Start Date: 6th April 2020 We are currently recruiting Administrators to be based at Edinburgh Park, South Gyle, Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international global pensions/insurance provider who are currently experiencing high growth and seeking candidates to join their vibrant state of the art office. The office is serviced by several popular public transport options with free onsite parking for those who drive but find it difficult to park in the City Centre. Full training will be provided and we are offering you an excellent chance to gain valuable experience of working within a fast moving and rewarding role within our Life and Pensions department. You will gain skills necessary to help you deliver for the requirements of our customers which include some of the world's largest Financial Services companies. Whilst delivering exceptional customer service you will be measured on quality, risk, customer satisfaction and the efficiency in which we deliver our customer queries. Our client will review your performance throughout and look to make you permanent following a successfull 4-month training and induction programme. You will take part in a 6-week classroom-based training programme, Training is designed to develop and prepare you on the relevant products and policies that you will be assisting customers on as well as helping you hone and further develop your current customer service skills. Experience and Skills Required: Customer service experience Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Good attention to detail Great time management Organisation, prioritisation skills Computer literate Skills and Knowledge: Be a confident and clear communicator both orally and written. Be customer driven in everything you do. Have the ability to efficiently and effectively collect information. Have good computer skills and experience of using Microsoft Office including word and excel. Be organised and have a can do attitude to 'Customer Service'. Have the ability to adjust your behaviour to meet the demands of a changing work environment.
