As a People Administrator you'll provide administrative services across HR and Payroll, in the support of a professional and consistent service to internal and external people function customers. The role holder will be expected to be flexible and adaptable with regards to their deliverables as and when priorities change across the function. This may result in supporting other colleagues across the HR function during this fixed term role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support within the HR function across a variety of HR activities to ensure all stakeholders receive a professional and consistent service Ensure compliance with relevant processes to maintain and update HR/ Payroll systems and data, in the support of HR/ Payroll activities. Support aspects of HR projects and initiatives which may include leading work packages, testing systems , inputting to projects based on own knowledge and expertise Identify issues or areas for improvement within existing processes and highlighting to appropriate stakeholders, following through any changes to processes Promote compliant behaviours in others when maintaining and updating HR/ Payroll systems and data in the support of HR function activities. Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers and external third parties. Ensure best use of resource and skill development by working flexibly across the range of administrative tasks performed in the HR Function Provide administrative support within the HR function across a variety of administrative activities, ensuring all stakeholders receive a professional and consistent service. Be accurate in dealing with data and have excellent attention to detail. Deal securely with personal and highly sensitive data. Balance workload in the context of service delivery standards, and when working from home. Understand and apply relevant administrative procedures, directives, policy guidelines to deliver a high level of service to our customers Essential Skills and Experience: Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills/competent maths Proactive when responding to customers Ability to manage and prioritise own workload Time management skills Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs Desirable Skills and Experience: Preferably Oracle e-Business Coaching, mentoring and training others Previous Payroll Experience KEY COMPETENCIES Customer At The Heart Being customer driven in all you do, understanding and meeting the customers' needs and connecting emotionally with the customer.
