Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to be part our team within Change, Grow, Live Edinburgh North West Recovery Service. You will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. You'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be. It is an ideal opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a recovery based setting. The successful candidate will need to have excellent engagement skills, be committed to high quality service provision, non-judgemental and confident to promote recovery within the service and community. You will need excellent communication, administration and IT skills. Duties for the post include responsibility for front of house activities, dealing with initial first point of contact, referrals, letters, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, co-ordinating appointments, sign-posting to support available within the service and the community, completing basic health & safety checks and audits.
