Operational Support Apprentice
Overview
As an Operational Support Apprentice you will work closely with Operations Manager to ensure all customers orders are dispatched in a timely manager and dealt with correctly. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, organised, punctual and enthusiastic. Job Responsibilities : - Ensure All Customer Orders Leave Within A Timely Manner - Ensure Stock Levels Of Warehouse Are Correct - Dealing Directly With Suppliers To Ensure Stock Levels Are Maintained - Using Custom Stock Management Systems - Dealing With Customer Query's And Disputes Candidate Requirements : -Excellent Level Of Computer Literacy For Managing Out Custom Stock System -Ability To Communicate Well Both Verbally And In Writing -Good Level Of General Education Including 5 GCSE's A-C (Including Maths And English) or GNVQ/NVQ -Excellent Time Management, Planning, Organisational and Numerical Skills -Good Attention Detail What You Will Receive : 28 Days Annual Leave Generous working hours 9am-4pm With One Hour Lunch Break Level 2 In Warehousing Functional Skill Training This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89660412
