Employment Tax Senior - London - Growing Mid-Tier Firm - up to £45,000 Are you looking to make your first step out of the Revenue into a client facing role? Would you like to be exposed to a wide range of different employment tax matters as well as receiving full study support? In this role, you will assist in advising clients on a wide range of employment tax and national insurance matters including: Expenses policies Risk management Termination payments Employment status Salary sacrifice and optional remuneration arrangements HM Revenue & Customs reviews and enquiries Remuneration and benefits planning Employer compliance Why is this employment tax team different from their competitors? The overall firm are very collaborative which results in a lot of cross-selling in addition to a lot of referred work which gives you the opportunity to work on a wide range of different employment tax matters. It is a pure employment tax team which most other mid-tiers do not have allowing you to gain maximum exposure as opposed to being pigeon-holed into a specific area. The business has experienced double digit growth over the past 4 years with the employment tax team seeing significant growth as well. What are they looking for? In this role they are looking for an individual should have a solid eunderstanding of employment tax matters. You do not need to know everything as they are more than happy to train you up and develop certain areas which you may not be as strong on.
