Employment Tax Assistant Manager Top 10 Accountancy Practice Up to £55,000 London Due to being in a massive growth phase, this leading firm of accountants is looking to bring an Employment Tax Assistant Manager into the London team. Having independent status means there is a high level of partner involvement but also the knowledge and experience of a highly experienced and close-knit team. The role of Employment Tax Assistant Manager is a newly created role as a result of ambitions for establishing and department, thus making it a crucial hire. You will provide direct support to the Senior Manager and Partners in the team. Given the infancy of the role, responsibilities will develop over time and you will have the chance to eventually review work and manage more junior members within the team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the existing portfolio of clients, providing compliance and consultancy advice and will cover (but not limited to); HMRC disclosures and enquiries Due Diligence PAYE risk assessment and health checks NIC CIS IR35 P11Ds The successful individual is likely to have a good grounding and understanding of a breadth of employment tax principles. CTA is desired but the desire to succeed and ability to communicate effectively are crucial.
