Overview
Employee Relations Manager 50K to 60K base car allowance benefits Central London I am working with a well-known consumer brand, who is recruiting for an Employee Relations Manager to lead their ER team. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic organisation who have a brilliant culture. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the ER team, providing mentorship and hands on support on complex and high-profile ER cases. You will be a critical business partner to the Regional Directors and their teams across the UK, coaching them through their people issues, ensuring that best practice is implemented as timely and efficiently as possible to avoid any escalations. You will be responsible for reviewing and owning the content of ER related training content. Leading on a number of country wide initiatives to improve current processes and policies in order to best support line managers and employees. The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record of Employee Relations experience and complex case management. Experience working in fast paced, multi-site organisations would be highly beneficial (hospitality/retail/FM/travel). Experience of Tribunals and dealing with ACAS is essential. You will be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
