Overview
My client a large multinational insurance company are looking to hire a Executive Rewards Analyst for their London office. The Executive reward analyst will work and support the HR team including; reward regulation and remuneration committee related activities. The role: Position:Executive reward analyst Type:Permanent position Salary: £55-60,000k per annum Location: London Benefits and 29 days annual leave. Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of executive reward. - Implement performance initiatives. - Execute practices and programmes/projects aligned to company's reward strategies. - Support the wider team on year end pay review activity. - Package calculations including buyouts/guarantees. Requirements: - Excellent relationship management skills. - Strong numerical/analytical skills. - Educated to degree level or a similar level of qualification, and or possessing relevant professional experience. - Professional or financial services background is preferred.
