ROAMING SOUS CHEF, ROSETTE STANDARD, HOTEL & COUNTRY INN GROUP CIRCA £27,000 & MILEAGE ALLOWANCE, MUST DRIVE, YORK AREA This fantastic opportunity has come up for a sous chef standard roaming chef to come on board with this award winning hotel & country Inn group based in North Yorkshire. You will be tasked with working closely with the group exec chef & be positioned at the various award winning kitchens across the group in some lovely venues from Harrogate to Thirsk, meaning a car is essential, with all travel expenses paid for by the company. This position will suit a chef who is passionate about the produce they work with, and is used to working to a high standard, but maybe becomes itchy working in the same kitchen for prolonged periods, with this position giving the chef the best of both worlds, still working with some fantastic produce, and being able to work in different venues from day to day as per the needs of the venues. in return my client is offering a great salary of circa £27,000, with travel expenses paid, and the opportunity to work in a position that will be both challenging and rewarding every day, due to the nature of the position.
