Overview

We are recruiting an experienced executive chef for one of the company’s largest food hall’s within the retail catering sector. The executive chef will be managing a team of 30 in total including kitchen members and storeman while producing a high standard of food to around 6000 customers on a daily basis. The executive chef will receive: Salary of up to £55,000 per annum Monday to Friday working hours Good working conditions Opportunity of career progression The executive chef role: Managing a large brigade in the main kitchen Ensuring food delivered is modern and authentic Reporting into the senior management team Delivery of new and interesting concepts from theatre style to street food offers Overseeing the main kitchen food outlets Managing all food pods and retail outlets within the building The executive chef must have experience of high volume cooking to a quality standard. Ideally worked within the contract catering (B&I) sector of the business and at a senior head chef or executive chef level.
