Your new company A newly set up government organisation in Central London with very exciting plans Your new role This is a newly created role, reporting into a brilliant Strategic Workforce Planning and Resourcing Manager. The new Total Reward strategy is now in place, so it will be your role to lead on all the related implementation. This will include a flexible benefit scheme, technology enhancements and an organisational wide pay grading review. You will be the expert point of contact for all reward, pay and benefits queries, alongside managing provider relationships and carrying out benchmarking and industry research to make informed decisions on improved reward mechanisms. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you have experience working in a role that encompasses reward and benefits (with ideally experience in payroll too). You will also be confident in implementing and embedding flexible benefit schemes, in hand with excellent market knowledge and the ability to assimilate data.
