HR Advisor - Permanent Position Based High Wycombe - Salary Range £23,000 to £25,000 Your new company This established organisation in their field, provide specialist products and services to a defined market. Priding themselves on both a reliable and caring service to internal and external customers, they are looking for an experienced HR Co-ordinator or Advisor to join the HR team Your new role A full generalist role with a focus on Recruitment, General HR issues including Employee Relations, Induction, Exit interviews and the updating of policies and procedures. You'll be working within a small HR team and assisting the HR Manager with as hoc projects . There is the need to carry out administrative tasks, so IT literacy, numerical and analytical skills are also needed What you'll need to succeed Ideally you'll be at the early stages of CIPD study (level 3) and have had experience within a HR team, being the initial first point of contact . You would have managed the Recruitment process and have the ability to plan and organise your own workload.
