Reward Manager London To £80,000 plus excellent package Reference PT7259 Seldom do you get a Reward Manager role that can provide the breadth of exposure and ownership that this role will. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll own the whole reward agenda for this dynamic international business. That means the opportunity to build a reward philosophy; to build your experience within RemCo and executive pay; to review and realign benefits to the evolving needs of the business and its employees and to build key partnering relationships across the business and to enhance reward communications. It's a role that will truly mix the strategic and the operational and the bandwith and ownership to make a substantial difference both for the business and to evolving your readiness for a Head of role at PLC level.
