Your new company We are recruiting an interim HR Operations Manager for a financial services organisation based in Birmingham, with sites across the UK. Your new role Reporting into a Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading a small HR team who manage HR Administration, Employee Relations and Payroll. Alongside ensuring your team provide a proactive service to the business, you will also be a key interface between HR and senior stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or Operations Manager who has a strong background in leading HR Administration teams. Due to the regulated nature of this organisation, you will also need experience in financial services or banking.
