Interim CFO £120,000 - £150,000 plus Executive Benefits An excellent Interim board level opportunity, instructed on an exclusive basis, our client is an instantly recognisable B2C, multi site, multi faceted product focused PLC. A pivotal role with a place on the board, this role is designed to provide strategic insight and support to an already high performing and aspirational leadership team, participating fully in the evaluation, development and delivery of strategic initiatives and capturing new opportunities, managing projects to fruition and supporting the delivery of a challenging yet realistic growth plan. A visible, commercial hands on role supporting every facet of finance, including the management of close relationships with the company's sales, marketing, pricing / product and e-commerce functions in order to accurately influence and guide the commercial business strategy within a customer centric business. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Interim CFO will ideally have the following: A university graduate and ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA qualified senior professional with significant PQE experience, ideally within a matrix B2C, Product Focused Retail / FMCG business High aptitude for commercial finance coupled with excellent team management and demonstrative experience of being involved in managing relationships between both Operations and Finance.
