Locum Role Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor Birmingham City Centre Are you an immediately available senior commercial litigation solicitor looking to dive into some challenging litigation work across a variety of areas? Well a highly regarded firm in Birmingham are looking to hire a senior commercial litigation solicitor whilst they recruit for their permanent vacancy. On offer is a competitive day rate and the chance to work with a wide variety of clients in several sectors About the role This opportunity is for an initial 3-4 months but could be extended further. Working across a range of sectors, your workload will include litigation work on area such as contract disputes, partnership disputes, judicial reviews, defamation claims, vicarious liability claims and social media related matters. You will work on property litigation matters, acting for clients in areas such as repossession claims, landlord and tenant issues, forfeiture, break notices, recovery of rent, service change disputes and more. About the candidate As a senior commercial litigation solicitor, you will have at least 5PQE managing your own caseload across a broad range of litigation claims. You will be able to start at short notice and not be afraid to get stuck into the exciting caseload the firm are offering.
