Reward Manager for hospitality business - central London £50000 FT or pro rata part-time. Your new company An independent hospitality business based in central London are recruiting for a Reward Manager on a permanent basis, either full or part time. Excellent flexible working options available. Your new role You will manage the full reward offering including compensation, managing the salary review process, benchmarking, and bonuses. You will also manage the benefits, and suppliers. You will report to the People Director. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced reward professional who is able to manage the day today as well as come up with the reward strategy and implement reward policies and procedures onto the business.
