Overview

Reward Partner Working for a leading commercial services group based in Central London this is an initial 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities - Support the Head of Reward to design and deliver a reward strategy across multiple internal groups. Partner and build relations across multiple groups and with Key Stakeholders. Manage and deliver the annual reward cycle. Develop and implement frameworks and design for bonus incentives, salary reviews, benefits and share plans. Manage the benefits programmes Manage salary sacrifice, benefits, health and car plans. Manage pension schemes. Experience Required - In depth knowledge and expertise of Total Rewards Experience of developing Executive Reward Strategies. Experience of M&A and company restructures. Experience of working in a large fast paced group with multiple internal companies.
