Overview
Interim CFO / Finance Director - Maternity Cover 9 to 12 months Salary negotiable We need to recruit an interim CFO or Finance Director for an period of 9 to 12 months to cover maternity leave of our current CFO. You will join our team of high-performing professionals, helping to keep our finances in line with our continued success. You will have both a day-to-day and ongoing on company operations, helping us to analyse, strategize, and grow our financial position. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be comfortable in a role that demands clear communication and presentation skills. Some of the key points about the position: PLC experience is required. Comfortable with investor presentations (interim and full year). Overall management of monthly accounts. 4 Direct Reports (including procurement), with a full Finance team of 23 colleagues. Overseeing the annual budget process. Overseeing Risk Management including tax compliance and internal audit. Liaising with the bank (including funding facilities).
