Attwood Perks is incredibly proud to be partnering with one of the regions leading, and fastest growing businesses who are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Ipswich. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer in this exciting business, you'll be passionate about delivering great customer service and have a problem-solving and analytical personality. You'll be well versed in troubleshooting and configuring desktop hardware & software, working on-premise and via the Cloud, and be knowledgeable when it comes to networking - including switches, routers, Firewalls etc. The day-to-day: IT troubleshooting requiring technical knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite including knowledge of installing & maintenance; Communicate with all customers professionally and proactively; Answer calls and respond to emails in line with the company's SLAs; Analyse, update, and escalate tickets to the next level if appropriate; Lead by example and be a key team member The requirements: Experience working in a 2nd Line Support role; Networking; Hardware & software configuration; Skilled in configuring/managing routers & switches; Excellent telephone manner & communication skills Our client is going through a remarkable phase of growth and as such are seeking IT professionals who are seeking to continuously develop professionally.
