Time Appointment are delighted to be working on behalf of a business in Ipswich, recruiting in their IT support team. Our client are in a stage of intense growth and there are positive developments currently taking place. They are looking for individuals that have at least 2 years minimum in a 2nd line support role. Having good customer service skills is an important requirement as your role will be to deliver effective solutions to customers. Experience in working with Firewalls, network topologies, managed switching, desktop hardware/software are important. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Accurately capture and process customer support requests. Ensure all customers are proactively communicated with and acknowledged in efficient time. Identify and prioritise incidents, gather full information and escalate where required. Troubleshoot and attempt to fix faults within designated parameters.
