Due to continued growth they are looking to take on an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join a team of 8. You will be dealing with customer support calls using remote diagnostic software to resolve incidents. You will of course need to work to agreed service levels escalating any serious issues to a Senior Engineer. There is a helpdesk rota 7:30am-4pm 9am- 5:30pm You will need to work 1 weekend in 6 Overtime bonus paid to Tech skills Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Azure Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams including telephony Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Hyper-V Network configuration Router/Firewall Internet Security DNS You will be given the chance to work to a Microsoft Certification all paid for.
