Overview
Maxxima’s Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Patient Safety and Quality Officer (RMN) to fill a part time role in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of the patient journey within the NHS. Your role will be to manage a caseload of complaints investigations, working independently to ensure all complaints and incidents are investigated. You will escalate any concerns that arise during investigation and ensure all relevant policies are adhered to. This role is part time, working 3 days per week. The pay rate for this Band 6 Patient Safety and Quality Officer role is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella), and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.
