Overview

We require a dedicated Executive Assistant for our prestigious client based in City of London. This role is to be Executive Assistant to a team of senior employees. As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to provide excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills to the team and other employees and clients. We require a candidate to be able to start immediately - (no notice period) Full time, temporary role for 6 months, ongoing if all parties are agreeable. Job Role: Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone call and email enquires Organising and arranging meetings, calls, attendances and diaries for the team Writing and preparing relevant documentation, including letters and reports Be able to update in house databases Be able to hold confidential information and handle appropriately AdHoc administrative tasks for the team and other colleagues AdHoc organisational tasks for the team and other colleagues AdHoc duties to keep the team and work environment a professional, clean and welcoming reception Skills/ Requirements: Have at least 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role Strong administration and communication skills Experience with handling confidential and sensitive issues with care and in the correct manner Pay/ Hours: £19.28 per hour PAYE Holiday pay 09:00 - 17:00/ Monday - Friday Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
