Join the Referrals team and help others take their first step back into employment Their Referrals Coordinators are at the heart of the team , from taking the initial referral inviting them to open day to the satisfaction of seeing each learner complete their training, they are involved and provide support every step of the way. It doesn’t stop once the training does, the Referrals Coordinators then follow up with each learner for a further six months, updating them on job opportunities and arranging further training where necessary.
