About The Role The Referrals Coordinator and Unit Administrator at The Huntercombe Group is recruiting a Referrals Coordinator/Administrator . The role is full time and based in Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service . The Huntercombe Group is one of the leading specialist care providers in the UK, providing treatment and care covering Mental Health services for young people (CAMHS) and adults, Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Learning Disabilities and Children Specialist Services. As a Referrals Coordinator/Administrator you will coordinate the referral processes effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Providing a single access point for customers and working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders across the Group to facilitate assessments and patient admissions within a required timeframe. Post Holder will also be required to undertake general admin duties as Unit Administrator. The post-holder will be expected to be flexible in working times, in order to ensure that customer enquiries are met within the required timeframes. On call shifts will be required and some travel in the UK may be required.
