An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Referrals Team Manager based in West London . You will be, accountable for the delivery of the regional placement team This role is full-time, permanent position. As the Referrals Team Manager , you will need to have a background within the public or private health / social care sector. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience with a fostering service.
